Processing: Orders are usually dispatched the same business day.
Delivery Time: Typically ranges between 5–7 business days worldwide.

International Customers: Import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Delays caused by local customs offices are beyond our control.

We want you to love your Highland wear. If it isn't quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Original packaging must be intact with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable: Custom-made, personalized products, or bespoke measurements cannot be returned.

To begin a return, you must contact us first to receive approval.

💰 Refunds & Exchanges

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days, please contact us.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size/color (subject to stock availability). Please email us to arrange an exchange.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

📍 Return Address & Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
