🚚 Deliveries
Orders are usually dispatched the same business day. We partner with trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS for fast worldwide delivery.
Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance or local import regulations.
Important: Any import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
↩️ Returns & Issues
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags attached.
Note: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, cannot be returned.
How to Return

Damages & Issues
We ask that you check your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges
We can exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if you simply prefer a different size or color (when available). To arrange an exchange, please contact us via email.
🎁 Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll email you a gift voucher.
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, refunds will be issued to the original buyer.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the return shipping fee (if prepaid) may be deducted.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
