1. Introduction

Welcome to Unique Scottish Kilts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Products & Accuracy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (including Tartan patterns and leather goods). However, strictly speaking:

• Color Accuracy: We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Handcrafted Nature: Many of our items, including Kilts and Sporrans, are handcrafted. Slight variations in stitching or fabric alignment are part of the authentic manufacturing process and are not considered defects.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice at any time.

All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the checkout page. We are not responsible for currency exchange fees charged by your bank.

4. Shipping & Delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge our shipping terms:

• Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched the same business day.
• Carriers: We utilize DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Timeline: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days. However, delays due to customs or local couriers are beyond our control.
• Customs & Duties: For international orders, any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We do not collect these fees beforehand.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, please note the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags.
• Custom Items: Personalized or made-to-measure items are non-returnable unless defective.
• Procedure: You must contact us at aliassad2@hotmail.com prior to sending items back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. EU Customers (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days without providing a reason, provided the item is in its original condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unique Scottish Kilts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.
